The I-SPEED is a PNEUMATIC DOT PEEN MARKING MACHINE THAT CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO A PRODUCTION LINE. It uses CONTINUOUS VIBRATION TECHNOLOGY. This is a variant of dot peening in which a pneumatic punch vibrates while being moved, which gives very fast continuous marking. The pneumatic striker is ideal for simple marking at high rates. The I-SPEED is perfectly compatible with very high-rate production lines and is capable of marking UP TO 10 CHARACTERS per second. In addition, its SMALL SIZE (218 x 107 x 62 mm) makes it easy to incorporate in a production line. These specifications make the I-SPEED one of the fastest and most compact integrable machines on the market. The E10 R controller is compact and is ideal for the integrable range. It has a Qwerty keyboard covered by a waterproof membrane, and a backlit LCD screen that provides the user with a simple and intuitive interface. Marking files can be uploaded/downloaded to/from the controller, to/from a PC, using a USB memory stick. The I-SPEED provides very fast marking on all types of material, from plastic to treated steel with hardness up to 62 HRC. It is easy to use and can mark parts of various shapes and different surface conditions.
