Extremely rugged for high system throughput
Well-suited to extreme ambient conditions such as heat, cold or moisture
Few variants because of a uniform sender
Easy electrical integration using cable gland and relay outputs
The WSU/WEU26-3 photoelectric safety switch is used for access protection for hazardous areas on machines or systems. It has a self-testing sender and receiver. The devices are firmly mounted in the access area with the necessary safety distance from the nearest hazardous point, and send a deactivation signal to the machine or system if the light beam is interrupted.
