LEVEX paper strap is the first of a new generation of strapping solutions developed and produced by Signode. LEVEX™ Paper Strap Sustainable paper strap made by Signode. Primarily designed for corrugated industry, Paper Strap is the only alternative to polypropylene able to endure high production output on our ISB automatic strapping machines. Paper Strap is compliant with CEPI and 4evergreen (4EG) standards, allowing the Paper Strap to be recycled like any regular paper waste. • - Reduces Maintenance Downtime and Costs Large reduction of dust accumulation inside the ISB head, resulting in less maintenance / downtime. We usually recommend a complete cleaning of the head every 10,000 cycles with PP strap. In our internal testings, Paper Strap demonstrated no dust above 35,000 cycles. • - Designed for ISB Strapping Machines It is easy to replace PP strap with Signode's Paper Strap.
