Description

Dust Emission Measuring System The StackGuard continuously monitors the scatted light intensity of an extracted, withdrawn sample of gas. The laser light source minimized stray light and improves sensitivity to the µg/m³ level, the filtered purge air prevents from window soiling. A calibration check is performed by means of a checking rod. The sample air is led out of the stack, heated up above the dew point and then fed through the measuring cell. The tried-and-tested measuring system for tough jobs, e.g. continuous monitoring of tiny concentrations in dry or wet and hot gases Compliance with EN 15267-1 (2009), EN 15267-2 (2009), EN 15267-3 (2008), EN 14181 (2015) Continuous measurement of particulate matter concentration via scattered light principle Nominal range 0 .. 100 PLA (Polystyrol-Latex-Aerosols) Scale range smax. 8 ranges between 0..0.05 PLA and 0..30 PLA other ranges on request adjustment range 1.0 PLA (mandatory item) Resolution 0.0002 PLA Protection index IP40 Additional weather protection required for outdoor installation Sample flow rate 790 .. 930 l/min @ 160°C Power input 5.5 kVA (basic version with 2 heaters) +1.0 kVA per additional 1.0 kVA heater +1.5 kVA per additional 1.5 kVA heater +2.0 kVA per additional 2.0 kVA heater Weight ca. 240 kg (basic verson) Sample temperature max. +170°C Sample pressure max. ±3'000 Pa (±30 mbar)
