Description

The DS-520AN is a USB Device Server supporting 802.11n Wireless LAN or Gigabit Ethernet Wired LAN Networks. Any USB device can be used over a wired/wireless network with the DS-520AN just as though it was connected to a computer. Office equipment such as USB scanners, multi-function printers (MFPs), dongles, hard disk drives, and cameras etc. frequently lack a wireless interface thus making them unavailable to connected devices such as computers, tablets, and smartphones. The DS-520AN Wireless USB Device Server replaces the USB cable with an enterprise-secure wireless or wired LAN connection. The DS-520AN Supports Enterprise Security (IEEE802.1X) , Full-Speed / High-Speed Isochronous Transfers for real-time data transfers from USB cameras and speakers. The 802.11n wireless connection supports up to 300Mbps or the wired Gigabit Ethernet connection supports up to 1Gbps throughput. Allows you to place USB device anywhere within range Supports Enterprise Security (IEEE802.1X) High-Speed Isochronous Transfers Supports up to 1Gbps throughput wired Gigabit Ethernet connection One Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port supporting 500 mA of USB bus power Connect up to 15 USB devices to the network with a USB hub WPS for easy wireless installation.
