Overview
We manufacture custom low-voltage windings for cast-resin transformers and other LV/LV applications. Windings are produced in round or rectangular configurations and can be made with copper or aluminium conductors per customer specifications. Windings may be embedded in resin.

Production and quality
Production uses fully automatic winding machines. All windings undergo oven heat treatment and electrical testing in a dedicated test room. Incoming materials are inspected and production processes are controlled according to Quality Assurance procedures (ISO 9001). Conductor checks follow IEC 851-1 where applicable.

Routine tests and test reports

• Ratio test
• Resistance test
• Insulation test to ground and secondary circuits
• Partial-discharge test

Applications
Suitable for cast-resin transformers, LV distribution equipment and custom low-voltage assemblies. Production can follow customer drawings and specifications.

Warranty
Windings are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of delivery under a separate contract.
