Description

Designed for research in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology field, the sealed unit allows sterile or highly infected tissues to be handled under conditions of absolute safety. When the motor unit and mixing assembly are connected the mixing unit is then completely hermetically sealed, making it ideal for working on sterile materials where it is critical to exclude airborne contamination. The mixers capacity ranges from 1ml to 5 litres and special sealed mixing assemblies are available for operation under vacuum.
