• Wide working capacity: the CAL35 is capable of calendering rods with a diameter ranging from 6 mm to 32 mm, offering the flexibility needed for a wide range of projects. • Versatility: thanks to the ability to execute circles with unlimited bending radius and spirals with adjustable diameter from a minimum of 15 cm to over 200 cm, the CAL35 easily adapts to different processing needs. • Power/speed ratio: the two-speed motor provides the speed necessary to bend small diameters and the power for larger ones, ensuring optimal performance in every situation. • Robustness and safety: the work surface is made up of three rollers in a special heat- treated alloy, ensuring long-term durability and a secure grip on the bar during processing. • Usage flexibility: the CAL35 can be requested with horizontal or vertical development production, to adapt to the specific needs of each construction site. • Set of Allen keys, useful for ordinary maintenance; • Double electric pedal, which allows the activation of the traction rollers in a clockwise (yellow pedal) and counterclockwise (blue pedal) direction; • Flying plug, to ensure electrical connection; • Set of wheels for moving the machine; • Two mushroom buttons, to stop the machine instantly in case of emergency. They are placed on two opposite sides of the machine. • Possibility to work rods with a diameter up to 6mm thanks to the small diameter kit accessory that is easily installable and removable according to customer needs. • In the design and construction of each bending machine, the criteria and measures suitable for meeting the essential safety requirements provided by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE have been adopted.
