To handle you request, we will ask for as much information as possible in your specifications, including if possible a 3D file or sketch so that our technical department can best study the usable size. It is important to know the use, the different stresses and the liquid that will be in contact with the bladder so that our engineering office can propose the appropriate material and ideal shape. The advantage of the custom-made windshield washer fluid bladders is that we can adapt the shape, choose the material, add any accessories or strengthen certain areas that may be subject to various stresses in the vehicle. We also offer various systems to prevent collapse when using the bladder, making it more efficient during suction of the liquid. We will also adapt the filling to your request based on your existing installation. Filling can be done either via a transfer pump or simply by gravity.
