SINEX vibrating sieves are usually installed with an average downward slope of 15°. According to the operating conditions, the sieves can be opened or provided with sealing covers and chutes for evacuating undersize particles and waste. According to the product, they can be made in S235JR steel or stainless steel. The vibration is provided by a central electromechanical vibrator. SINEX sieves are designed such as to create three-directional elliptical vibration, ensuring excellent screening effectiveness. These equipments can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 sifting stages. The sifting stages are easily interchangeable and are made by perforated sheets or cloth with longitudinal tension. Mounting: installed on or hung by shock absorbers.
