This is a packaging machine capable of packaging multi-batch cylindrical articles in 100% compostable PE or Eco compatible bags. Featuring maximum flexibility, it can feed and pack items with diameters from Ø8 mm to Ø22 mm and lengths from 70 mm to 160 mm. The HMI allows the user to program the length of the package and the number of pieces to be placed in each. Inkjet printer device for printing data, QR codes, informations and bar codes on each bag, can also be installed on board as well. FBS can be used stand alone (as shown in the video) or in conjunction with another machine (screen printing, assembly, stamping, etc.).
