The WS7 plus 3PH CNC boring machine is a multifunctional portable boring machine, and it is part of the CNC machine range. With this machine, it is possible to carry out on-site repairs of large components. It is a CNC machine and thanks to the motorised heads with which it is equipped, it is possible to recreate and reconstruct axisymmetric cavity housings or seats, create threads and carry out facing operations. It allows the creation of any type of profile, linear and/or curvilinear, through axes interpolating . The operator can program everything via the interface with simplified and user-friendly wizards, encapsulated in home-made software. Its translating and independent head, as well as the zeroing (homing) type, allow all the required operations to be carried out easily. The machine is equipped with standard clamping and centring systems to fix it to the component to be machined. However, it is possible to design and build new customised systems upon customer's request.
