VIBRATION WELDER MODEL VSP MINI
The VSP MINI vibration welder is used for welding components made of thermoplastic material, specifically acetate in the eyewear industry.
In many cases, the production of acetate eyewear involves assembling parts that determine its shape and color. Sirius Electric expands its range of vibration welders with this new machine, designed for small-scale productions or the creation of prototypes. This technology eliminates the use of solvents for joining various parts, and the assembled tablet is immediately ready for subsequent milling.
The vibration head movement is circular, achieved with a Brushless motor. The vertical movement of the vibration head is pneumatic, controlled by a proportional valve, and operates on high-precision, robust prismatic guides.
One of the most important features of this welder is the cycle control system, fully managed by a MICROPROCESSOR equipped with a Touch Screen keypad.
An innovative and versatile programming system allows the welding cycle to be set using either time or depth functions. In the latter case, the welding depth is managed by an optical scale with centesimal resolution.
For each phase of the cycle—descent, welding, and packing—different thrust pressures can be programmed.
The microprocessor enables the storage of up to 10 welding programs.
