Mounting plate PC-V

The PC-V is a diamond-shaped perfusion chamber designed for laboratory use, particularly in microscopy applications. Made from durable, non-corrosive Lexan™, it is engineered to fit into the 8090c fixed stage platform and round PC-A series adapters, which are compatible with both upright and inverted microscope platform systems. The chamber bottom is formed using a standard 22mm cover slip, which can be attached with vacuum grease, silicon, or parafilm (the latter can be gently melted with a heat gun for sealing). Two plastic retention screws provide additional security for the cover slip. The central radial opening is designed to accept 13-mm round cover slips, making it suitable for cultured specimens.

The PC-V features two small but powerful magnets near the input/output reservoirs and two more closer to the recording chamber. These magnets are strategically placed to allow the supplied clips to securely hold perfusion plumbing or ground wiring close to their final location.
