Mounting plate PC-H

The PC-H is a diamond-shaped perfusion chamber designed for laboratory use, particularly for integration with fixed stage platforms and microscope systems. Made from durable, non-corrosive Lexan™, the PC-H is engineered to fit into the 8090c fixed stage platform and round PC-A series adapters, which are compatible with both upright and inverted microscope platform systems. A standard 22mm coverslip forms the chamber bottom, which can be attached using vacuum grease, silicon, or parafilm (the latter can be gently melted with a heat gun). For added security, two plastic retention screws are included. The central radial opening is designed to accept 13-mm round coverslips, making it suitable for cultured specimens. The chamber features two small but powerful magnets near the input/output reservoirs and two more closer to the recording chamber. These magnets are strategically placed to allow supplied clips to securely hold perfusion plumbing or ground wiring close to their final location.
