The ICP3200, a full spectrum inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer, is another new and innovative dual-view ICP-OES introduced by Skyray Instrument, following the success of the ICP3000. It incorporates the latest intelligent optical path switching technology and spectral depth processing technology, allowing for both quantitative and qualitative analysis based on dual-view observation. It is used to determine trace and ultra-trace element contents in different substances (dissolvable in hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc.). It offers high automation, ease of operation, and stability and reliability. It finds wide applications in various fields such as rare earths, geology, metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, clinical medicine, petroleum products, semiconductors, food, biological samples, forensic science, agricultural research, and more.
Performance Advantages
Superfast Testing Speed
Utilizing scientifically intelligent optical calibration algorithms, the system automatically calculates optical system offsets upon startup. If the offset exceeds a threshold, it can be quickly calibrated through software. The hardware supports independent readout of spectral line arrays, with the readout time for a single spectral line not exceeding 2ms. A single exposure completes a full spectrum analysis, eliminating the need for multiple exposure optimizations, resulting in excellent detection limits and a linear dynamic range. All elements can be analyzed within 15 seconds of a single exposure.
