The SmartTEH Ash Container is designed for collecting, storing, and transporting hot and cold ash, slag, wood chips, and other materials. It features a closed-type metal case with an openable cover, three control hatches on the sides, and a loading hole with a lifting hook on top. The container includes an ash leveling system with a screw conveyor, ensuring even distribution within the container, powered by a motor reducer. It is particularly suitable for heat/power plants using wood chips as an energy source and can be transported using a truck with a hook-lift system. SPECIFICATIONS: - Weight: Approximately 2.8 tons. - Dimensions: Length 4800mm, Width 2450mm, Height 2400mm; Volume 16m². - Loading/unloading rails distance 1060mm. - Bearings withstand temperatures up to 300°C. - Ash discharge doors are heat-resistant up to 300°C. - Wall width 3mm, floor width 4mm. - Reinforced with seven-strength ribs. - External edges distance 2200mm; Wheel diameter 180mm. - Ash-leveling screw grader conveyor along the container length. - Hermetic trapdoors and loading hatch (customizable).
