Filling in the Ex Area and Cleanroom SMB line filling systems are used when large quantities need to be filled continuously and fully automatically. Various designs enable filling into canisters, buckets, drums or cans via one, two, three or four filling points. The filling methods that can be selected are subsurface filling, underside bunghole filling or above-surface filling. The line filling system offers the highest operational safety even in Ex areas and is equally suitable for use in cleanrooms and for filling explosive substances For this purpose, the filling system and filling station can be completely encapsulated and locks with suction connections can be installed. Depending on the application, the line filling system can be combined with an empty container storage and automatic empty container feeding, a container removal or a palletizing system for the full containers.
