The Ecoflex series is a range of modular built turret unwinder from SML. It has a modular design that is suited to different application needs. It features a shaftless unwinding unit for paper, non-woven materials, films, and foils. It also has an automated splice that is integrated with a rotating chopping knife or a flying knife and operates in full production speed. Its line speed can go as fast as 600 m/min. The machine also allows the web tension from 50 - 500 N, and accommodates bobbin diameters of up to 1500 mm. The machine can also installed with an edge guiding system, and a uniform gap unwinding unit for foils.
