The new SOCO SA-78NCE brings you the latest technology in High Tensile Steel Tube Sawing. Its unique design and cutting system brings the highest saw blade life in such applications, as well as unparalleled performance and speed.
The high tensile steel tube is used widely across the global automotive market. To attain better fuel efficiency and lower the cost of materials, solid bars/thicker tubes are replaced by thin wall high tensile tubes, which are less weight while maintaining strength/safety.
This material has a significantly higher tensile strength (80~120 Kg/cm²) than conventional steels (40~50 Kg/cm²), which is why it is used in car structural applications and impact protection.
