Description

Our Proprietary Powder Materials and a New Laser Mechanism Enable the Size and Speed of Printing to be Increased. Introducing a More Advanced Metal 3D Printer! "Enlargement" of Printing Size The LPM450 has the largest production capacity in the series (approximately 5.8 times larger than the conventional model). Furthermore, by using our original technology "SRT method" and proprietary powder material "SVM", we have achieved large-scale printing of 400 x 300 x 50 mm in die-cast molds, which are difficult to manufacture in large sizes Quad Laser for Increased Printing Speed Standardized dual laser and an optimized airflow structure enable stable production over long periods of time, resulting in both higher average speed and higher quality production. The "quad laser (Option)" with four laser units achieves about four times faster production speed than conventional models. In addition, the compact spindle has greatly reduced the machining time for the reference surface. Easier Printing of a Wide Variety of Metals One MRS (Material Recycle System: Unit for automatic powder supply/collection, and automatic powder sieving) is equipped as standard. Material exchange can be completed within 2 hours by simply replacing the MRS for each powder, and operation with multiple powders can be handled by a single machine.
