Washing SystemThe products entering the machine continuously rotate on themselves and within the washing chamber under the action of high-pressure water, then travel approximately 10 meters before falling onto the vibrating conveyor. High pressure in the washing chamber ensures hygienic conditions and effective cleaning. Unwanted particles, dirt and sand separated from the product pass through the bottom filter into the settling channel. Because the water in this channel is still, contaminants do not re-enter the washing circuit and are removed via the discharge valve. Upper channels of the washing chamber provide automatic discharge of particles and insects. Clean water from the rinse nozzles replaces discharged dirty water so the machine operates continuously with clean water.
Vibrating Conveyor SystemProducts falling from the washing chamber onto the conveyor are rinsed by fresh water nozzles. Remaining particles fall through the perforated sheet bottom of the conveyor under vibration. A second filter at this point allows particles to be removed from the system directly. Water free of undesirable particles is returned to the feed hopper and then to the wash hopper for reuse. Simultaneously, washed and rinsed products are discharged into the unloading basket by vibration. The vibrating conveyor does not return like conventional continuous belts, avoiding reintroduction of sand and debris into the washing chamber.
Washing CapacityThe machine is designed for continuous operation with continuous feeding: 300 kg/h for light vegetables and 600 kg/h for heavy vegetables and fruits.
Bacterial Hygienic WashingProducts pass from the washing chamber to the vibrating conveyor and are additionally rinsed by 9 fresh-water nozzles. Disinfection of products is possible via a pump connected to the disinfectant inlet.
