Overview
Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) is a fiber-optic interrogator that provides continuous, distributed, low-noise quantitative measurements of optical phase along the full length of standard telecommunication fiber. It functions as an array of thousands of virtual sensors (microphones/geophones) without the need for electrical cables or batteries, enabling simplified deployment and lower maintenance.

Additional features
The system integrates optical hardware and control/processing electronics in a single rack unit and includes a software suite for measurement control, customization, and real-time or offline data visualization and processing. Real-time data streaming, remote control and configuration are supported via ZeroMQ. Matlab and Python libraries are available on request for data management and advanced processing.
