Solo's hardening machine is designed for various treatments, such as hardening, annealing, and tempering. It is composed of one bell furnace, two quenching media, and an annealing or tempering furnace. The machine is built to reach an austenitization of up to 1150°C. The model can perform quenching in oil or water, including salted water and polymers. It can also quench with nitrogen. The machine can support loads of up to 20 kg in weight, with a diameter of 250 mm and a height of 271 mm. The furnace is always close to the quenching means due to its swivelling motion on a fixed column. The machine is built securely to allow easy handling. It can be used for a broad range of steel materials and components.
