The multi frequency ultrasonic welding generators NEXT LITE RACK by SONIC ITALIA are designed for installation in automation lines, special machines and automated ultrasonic welding and cutting systems. They are able to perform demanding ultrasonic cutting and welding operations, such as the ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic materials and shaped components, but also the ultrasonic cutting of tnon-woven and technical fabrics or ultrasonic food portioning. Thanks to their small size they can be easily integrated into electrical cabinets. Our patented multi-frequency technology makes these ultrasonic generators incredibly versatile and they can be used with stacks of different frequencies: 30, 35 and 40 kHz.
