Manual ultrasonic welder has been designed purposely for miniseries production and fixing of thermoplastic materials. Petit weight and size of the whole unit combined with the ease of operations, makes it versatile and economical solution. Anticipated usage: push welding, riveting, embedding and large elements injecting and embossing. HSM push guns are always designed for specific purposes. They are equipped with a sonotrode specially adjusted to your custom production process. We recommend a table with one or two workstations with backstays for manual welders, thanks to which the working environment is systematized and the equipment is safely stored.
