The OMD-150 oxygen transmitter combines a rugged CE marked wall mount design with SSO2’s precision oxygen sensor. This unit is fully configurable to measure PPM or Percent oxygen with a variety of electronic options. The analyzer comes with 5 field adjustable ranges for Trace or Percent Measurement: 0 – 10 ppm, 0 – 100 ppm, 0 – 1000 ppm, 0 – 1 % and 0 – 25% for Trace. 0 – 1%, 0 – 5%, 0 – 10%, 0 – 25%, 0 – 100% for Percent. The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure. The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life. The electronics are feature packed with an easy-to-use menu interface. The unit can be configured for 2-wire loop applications (12 – 24V DC Loop), 6-wire applications (12 – 24V DC Input, 4 – 20mA and 0 – 10V DC output), MODBUS RS485 ASCII, or intrinsically safe for Class 1, Div 2, Groups B, C, D hazardous areas. The eggshell painted aluminum enclosure is designed to be wall mounted and meets IP66 / NEMA 4X ratings for outdoor installations.
