Description

Applicable products: Medium-high viscosity liquid products and liquid products with small particles or fibers, such as honey, syrup, sauces, jam, jelly, paint and glue Applicable containers: Bottles, cans, jars, tins Options: 2, 6, 8, 10 dosing heads Compressed air pressure: 0.6-0.8 Mpa / 6-8 bar Paste and dense liquid filling machine Anti-drip: High viscosity products like honey and syrup are more likely to drip between filling gaps and that could cause trouble. To prevent that situation, all dosing nozzles of XH-600P are applied with anti-drip design. Hygine: All metals parts contacting with products are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and all gaskets are food grade. Flexibility: To fill in a different size of bottle, just input volume of the new bottle into the PLC system through the touching screen and save the recipe, all done within minutes. Fifty recipes can be stored at most. Accuracy: Driven by servo motors, the XH-600P dispenses products into containers accurately and reaches 99% filling precision. Mobility: The XH-600P is equipped with wheels at the bottom, making it movable when needed.
