Spectac International manufactures to the highest quality and hygienic standards for our bespoke fermenting vessels (also known as Uni-tanks). We produce superior finished tanks that are factory tested in-house at Spectac International. Our engineering team are skilled to deliver the very best solutions for all your chemical processing needs. Vessels are often used in labs and clean rooms where environmental controls are stringent and vessels must be made to facilitate easy and thorough cleaning. Cooling elements such as cooling jackets can be incorporated as required, providing effective environmental control within the fermentation pressure vessel. We understand that even the smallest of defects are unacceptable. The fermentation process requires robust Fermenting Vessels that are fabricated using Stainless Steel T–316L. The design & manufacturing process is highly technical & complex. Fermenting pressure vessels for the Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Biotech markets are produced in accordance with the ASME code and/or current PED regulations. Our vessels can be stamped with the CE mark where required. Customers can be confident that the vessels will perform in an efficient and safe manner and this is essential given the nature of the processes handled. Two of the main criteria to consider during the design process include the level of energy efficiency that can be achieved and also the ability to manage temperature levels for chilling and cooling the materials.
