Our U4-series is a Vertical Machining Center of unique design with - Big integrated rotary axis inside machine body to wear - supporting a T-nut both sided swing-table to hold clamping-tools - with addiitonal fixed table in left side of working area (U4-1530) - moving column and therefore prefered for - heavy workpieces - machining of abrasive material like grafite which is dangerious for guideways - Most modern high-level controls and drives usually sold for very flexible purpose. On the both sides of the swing-table workholding plate it can be fixed various clamping tools to bring them flexible into operation or us it for angular operations and 3-face machining. Special clamping-towers for serial application and multi-side machining is possible too.
