In the spay cleaning machine type FL the parts will be positioned in the basket. In this machine the basket is fix and the framed nozzle system moves along the basket. Therefore the part cleaning machine FL is especially for huge and heavy parts. These parts lie safe in the basket und the moveable framed nozzle system cleans the parts. Because of their construction and the use of powerful stainless steel pumps with a high flow rate effective cleaning results are achieved. The pumps with stainless steel head (standard - horizontal pump; optional - vertical immersion pump) supply the cleaning fluid from the insulated washing tank to the motor driven nozzle system. The spray nozzles of the nozzle system align to the driving direction and pause at the end of the washing basket, so spray shadows can be minimized. The stepless adjustable cleaning temperature will be shown in a digital display. The washing box as well as the washing tank are made of double walled stainless steel. The interior insulation minimizes loss of energy. The robust washing basket and the nozzle system are made from stainless steel too. The machines are equipped with a programmable control incl. control panel, with a digital temperature control and an error indication. A level control system protects the pumps and the heating cartridges against dry-running. The machine is equipped with a fold door (standard). This fold door is at the same time the loading and unloading platform. As optional equipment a lift door version is also deliverable. The Medium will be filtered by a permanent filtration with a big stainless steel filter box with insertes wire mesh.
