Rotary valve – airlock; In general, it consists of a casting body with a different geometric structure, a rotor that allows the raw material to be delivered from the feeding point to the discharging point, and side covers that axially support the rotor. The rotation movement of the rotor is made by an electric or hydraulic motor reducer. The rotor is generally manufactured from welded stainless or carbon steel. Hot products (fly ash, etc.) can be manufactured from casting. The motor can be connected to the reducer rotor shaft directly, by coupling or by a chain gear mechanism.
