FPC-250 combines a pedal operated pump with a pulling hydraulic cylinder and an oil reservoir in one all stainless steel unit. FPC-250 is designed to be used for height adjustment of working platforms as a all-in-one hydraulic system. All surfaces, gaps and assemblies are optimized for easy cleaning and dirt resistance. • Throttled extraction to prevent sudden drop of load • Spring centred pedal • Joint-like fixtures • Cleaning friendly • Sealed according to IP68 • Maintenance free • Easy to install The lower joint-like fixture is attached to the platform floor and can compensate for a certain amount of platform misalignment. The piston rod head is hinged on a fork-fixture on the platform rack. The FPC-250 is factory filled with hydraulic oil (NFS-H1 approved) or water/glycol mixture (additional price) and is virtually maintenance free. The pump/piston area ratio is 1:5, so a force of 1 kN applied to the pedal equals a piston rod pulling force of 5 kN.
