STALOC DPDM 3000 Permanently plastic sealant PRODUCT DESCRIPTION STALOC DPDM 3000 permanently plastic sealant is a special polyurethane-based sealant with outstanding adhesion to various substrates. Due to its excellent resistance against high temperatures, mechanical stress and chemical substances the product is perfectly suited for challenging sealing processes between the following materials:  metal - metal  metal - plastic  plastic - plastic STAOC DPDM 3000 is resistant against all mineral oils, a wide range of synthetic oils, lubricants, fuel, additives, gases, water as well as water / anti-freeze mixtures. APPLICATION Recommended application – further information can be found in the material safety data sheet. Clean and degrease sealing surfaces using STALOC multi power cleaner. Apply sealant on one or both sealing partners, depending on the gaps that need to be bridged. Allow for 10 minutes of evaporation after applying the product. Assemble parts. If necessary, re-tighten screws after 10 minutes in order to ensure a tight fit.
