Overview
With the STRATOSPAC, Statec Binder presents an innovative, fully automatic high-speed form-fill-seal (FFS) bagging machine. The STRATOSPAC delivers up to 2,800 bags per hour and is engineered for high productivity, energy efficiency and straightforward operation. It processes PE bags from tubular film and is optimized for petrochemical and similar bulk products.

Process & Technology
The STRATOSPAC integrates automatic forming, filling and sealing in a single machine. Key process steps include: motorized film dispensing; bottom sealing combined with cutting, followed by cooling and pre-opening for filling; automatic filling; even spreading and compaction of the product by a vibrating plate; transport to head sealing where the top seal is cooled by an additional cooling station. The system is configured for precise handling of 20–30 kg bags.
