Polyurethane Tension screens Polyurethane tension screens are connected to the screening machine, either crosswise or lengthwise, by means of a clamping device. We make tension screens in all levels of hardness, frame sizes and hole shapes suitable for every application. Polyurethane tension screens are used on appropriately designed screening machines. With these tension screens it is usually possible to reconfigure screening machines from wire screens to polyurethane screens without rebuilding them. Polyurethane Frame Screens Polyurethane frame screens are bolted to the machine or connected by means of wedges so that there is no vibration. A polyurethane frame screen panel consists of a welded steel frame onto which the proper polyurethane screen is directly cast. We make frame screens in all levels of hardness, frame sizes and hole shapes, suitable for every application. Frame screens are used in a jigging machine, where the screening task is highly demanding, or when the screen itself is a load-carrying element of the machine. Polyurethane Plain Screens Polyurethane plain screens are bolted to the screening machine or connected by means of wedges so that there is no vibration. We make plain screens in all levels of hardness, frame sizes and hole shapes suitable for every screening machine. Plain screens are often used for dewatering screen machines or in very heavy applications. It is often very easy to replace wire screens or slotted wedge wire screens by polyurethane plain screens.
