Packaging drop tester DW series

Overview
At STEP Lab, a range of drop weight impact testing machines is offered to perform single and multiple axial impact tests on standardized products and specimens. Systems cover impact energies from 0.2 to 2000 J, provide large sample placement volumes and are compatible with a wide set of accessories including load cells, anti-rebound systems, spring accelerators, instrumented impactors and specimen holders.

Impact testers (DW series)
DW series machines cover an expansive impact energy range from 0.2 J to 2000 J and are designed for versatile product and material testing. A range of accessory fixtures and instrumented impactors are available for puncture resistance, tensile impact, wedge peel and other impact methods.

Acceleration/spring preloading modules are available as add-ons for higher impact velocities (noted for DW1000 and DW2000).
