This is a simple device designed for preparing boards that are subsequently inserted into palletizing machines. The line is equipped with a board magazine, from which the boards are transferred via a conveyor to the milling station. The milling unit chamfers the leading edges of the boards, which are then used as components of pallet bases, most commonly for Euro pallets. The line can also be equipped with a corner trimming station. At the output, there is a stacking system that stacks approximately five boards on top of each other, which are then pushed onto a pickup table. The key feature of the machine and the entire process is its speed.
