The machine is designated for personal hygienic control when entering in and going out of working areas. It consists of a a sensor operated (photocell) hand sink, hand disinfection unit with a turn style, brushes for sole cleaning and active bath for sole disinfection, integrated in a common body and control. Hand washing is controlled by two photocells – one for soap and one for water. The pass-through sole cleaning machine consists of two rotating brushes with automatic system for injection of detergent. The disinfection bath is with automatic level support and the concentration of the disinfection solution. Only after hand washing and disinfection the turn-style unlocks of ⅓ turnover. When going out of working area, a second photocell unlocks the turn-style of ⅓ turnover and switches on the brushes. Programmable controller Siemens allows settings of operating modes in a wide range. The station can be left (10.4212.00) or right execution (10.4213.00). The turn style rotation can be rotated rotate only when entering (left execution: 10.2212.00, right execution: 10.2213.00). The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives No. 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
