Description
The device is designed to sterilize 20 pcs. knives and 20 pcs. sharpening steels with blade length up to 350 mm (openings for the sharpening steels can be used also for knives). Water heating up to 85°С is performed by electric heaters.
The water filling and control of the level is performed by means of solenoid valve. Draining is performed by ball valve. For safety reasons the sterilizer is equipped with overflow.
The sterilizer is made of stainless steel 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives No. 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
