Cheese cutting machine 61.2736.11 / 61.2736.12

The machine is designated for cutting of round or rectangular blocks cheese and brined cheese into pieces with same size. Depending on the product the cutting tool is equipped with strings (61.2736.11) or with knives (61.2736.12). The cutting tool form, the number of the cut pieces, is manufactured following the clients’ requirements. One machine can work with different cutting tools and their change is easy and takes about 5-10 min. Only after pushing both handles (safety) pneumatic cylinder drives the cutting tool down. The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304).
