Our Working Automation module AUTO.MINIMIZE reduces parcel dimensions and packaging material by measuring box dimensions and fill level, trimming side panels to the optimal height, then folding and sealing the shipping carton. Sealing options include water-activated tape, self-adhesive tape, hot-melt adhesive or a separate lid. AUTO.MINIMIZE processes mixed box sizes in random order to increase line flexibility and improve transport efficiency.
