The CF1 is an automatic machine for producing cotton swabs for hygienic, cosmetic, medical, electronic and industrial sectors. It handles multiple stick and tip materials and configurations while maintaining precise manufacturing control. Production capacity ranges from 200 up to 2,800–3,000 pieces/min. Customization options, inline quality-control systems and semi-automatic or automatic packaging units are available for cylindrical, square or rectangular containers, as well as blisters, pouches and cartons. The machine includes a partial fiber drying system.
