Overview
The SunBrush® mobil TrackFlex is an articulated-boom solar cleaning system engineered for effective cleaning of tracker PV installations. Its movable brush and adjustable boom enable thorough cleaning regardless of module orientation or tilt.

Designed for tracker PV systems
Tracker installations present variable module orientations and tilts during the day. TrackFlex addresses this by allowing the cleaning equipment to follow module positions and operate effectively across a wide range of angles.

Features

• WashTronic System: automatic level equalisation between brush and module on uneven terrain.
• Transport position: hydraulic cylinder folds the cleaning arm for safe transport.
• 180° cleaning: hydraulic swivel motor enables cleaning on both right and left sides of the carrier vehicle.
• Control panel with joystick (Can‑Bus): intuitive joystick control for safe operation from the vehicle cab.
• Wet cleaning: built‑in water lines; pre‑soak and rinse functions controlled via joystick.
