OverviewSunBrush mobil Eagle is a mobile solar panel cleaning machine engineered for densely arranged PV parks and narrow aisles. It combines the WashTronic automatic brush leveling system with the TrackFlex adjustable boom to compensate module tilt and uneven ground. The fully extendable arm provides two cleaning paths to reach upper surfaces and the module lower edge.
ApplicationDesigned for tightly built solar parks and narrow rows. With a crawler chassis the Eagle cleans otherwise inaccessible PV tables up to 4 m wide. The two-step cleaning approach allows first reaching the top surface, then angling to clean the lower edge — suitable for narrow-aisle maintenance and tight layouts.
Carrier vehicles- Weidemann
- Carraro
- AVANT
- Crawler chassis (for wide tables)
Features- WashTronic System: automatic leveling between brush and module on uneven terrain
- Transport position: hydraulically foldable cleaning arm for safe transport
- 280° cleaning reach: hydraulically swivelling motor for both sides of the carrier vehicle
- Can-Bus joystick control: intuitive operation from the vehicle cabin
- Wet cleaning: standard water lines with joystick-controlled soaking and flushing
- TrackFlex effect: adjustable boom angle for close access under modules
- Two cleaning paths: enables cleaning of upper surface and lower module edge
