SuperBio Plow Mixer Range: High Productivity The Intensive Horizontal Blender, also known as the Plow Blender, is the star of our production line. This robust equipment is designed to meet the specific needs of each customer, with capacities ranging from 1000 to 10000 liters. Its cylindrical design, equipped with intensifiers and an innovative mixing system that uses orbital rods with v-plow blades, ensures effective and homogeneous mixing. The perfect synchronization of flow and counterflow in the mixing system creates a movement that promotes the collision and rolling of particles, resulting in intense and uniform mixing. The intensifiers are essential for dispersing minor components or particles, integrating liquids into powders, and eliminating lumps, thus integrating and standardizing the final product. Advanced Features for Exceptional Results The SuperBio Plow Blender is equipped with an efficient discharge system via a gate valve, operated by double-acting pneumatic pistons with mechanical locking. The access doors are equipped with a dust-tight seal and a series of operational safety magnetic sensors, including a zero-motion monitor and emergency stop control.
