HAMMER MILL
The SuperBio Fast hammer mill is a device used to reduce the size of solid particles using hammers. This type of mill is commonly used in industry to grind various materials, such as grains, food, minerals, waste, and so on.
In the grinding chamber, the hammers are attached to a rotor that rotates at high speed. The impacts of the hammers break larger particles into smaller fragments. This process of breaking and size reduction is essential to transform the material into finer particles, suitable for different applications.
The final particles are collected at the mill's outlet and, depending on the process and application, the final product can be discharged directly or go through further processing stages.
Hammer mills are chosen in many industrial sectors for their efficiency in size reduction and versatility in handling a variety of materials. They are used in sectors such as agriculture, food, chemicals, mining, and recycling. The choice of the specific type of hammer mill will depend on the characteristics of the material to be processed and the requirements of the desired final product.
*We use mechanical drives, motors, and reducers from SEW, NORD, BONFIGLIOLI, WEG, with various reductions of 2-pole, 4-pole, 6-pole in voltages 220V, 380V, 440V single-phase or three-phase 50 and 60 Hertz, frequency inverters, FAG, SKF or similar bearings.
