- This cross cutting machine wide series completes the range starting with a small 80 mm table cross cutting machine and is intended for cutting soft materials.
- Standard widths available: 600 mm and 2000 mm. Custom-made widths can also be provided.
Double feed roller
- Double feed roller incorporated upstream of the cross cutting machine to advance material according to programmed length.
- Roller opening and closing operated pneumatically to ease material handling.
- Both rollers: 130 mm diameter and covered in natural rubber.
Feeding and control
- Lower roller powered by a servo motor / servo drive unit ensuring stopping accuracy of +/- 1 mm.
- Feed speed adjustable from 0 to 30 m/min.
- Upper roller is free-rotating.
- Feed parameters (feed step, speed, acceleration, deceleration, etc.) are controlled from the control console.
- A manually controlled width guide is installed before the double roller.
Cutting mechanism
- Cross cutting performed by a machine with an upper blade moving vertically over a 40 mm stroke.
- Stroke driven by a crank and slider system powered by a drive unit; fixed lower counter-blade provides counterflow cutting.
Safety and frame
- Guarding around the whole production line to comply with current norms.
- Frame and stand constructed in aluminium and 'makrolon'.

- Cycle time for one 2000 mm feed and one cut (excluding evacuation time): 7 seconds.
- Standard material widths: 600 mm and 2000 mm (custom widths available).
- Feed rollers: diameter 130 mm, natural rubber covering.
