Description

High-precision machined aluminum alloy parts are aluminum components produced by CNC and precision machining for performance-critical, weight-sensitive applications. These parts combine low density, good machinability and corrosion protection to meet requirements in aerospace, automotive, electronics, precision machinery and medical device sectors.

Machining processes
  • Cutting machining: turning, milling, drilling and boring using high-precision equipment and optimized cutting parameters (cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut) with controlled cooling/lubrication to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
  • Grinding: surface, external and internal cylindrical grinding for fine surface finishing and tight dimensional tolerances after cutting operations.
