There are 2 processing lines in this project, each line has a trommel screen, a primary shredder(partical size 300mm), a megnetic separator, two optical separators, a secondary shredder(partical size 60mm), a combined eddy current separator, eventually conveyed to five different tertiary shredders(partical size 5-8mm). Recyclables is defined as recycled waste, such as paper, cardboard, plastic,metal,synthetic materials,etc. The dry-wet separation method can separate out the dry waste, effectively control the secondary pollution in the process of collection and transportation, also simplify the subsequent processing. By reason of the advanced mechanical sorting technology, we can set up a simple line or automatic sorting plant according to the final demand of the sorted products.
